Post the confirmation of your date of arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative from Fortis International Patient Care Centre. Foreigners Regional Registration (FRR) will be done at the time of your arrival. There will be a pick up arranged for you at the airport. The pickup service (an ambulance/ICU ambulance/private vehicle) shall be arranged depending on the patient’s medical condition. Other assistance like language translation services and currency exchange will also be available on request.
You will be escorted by our representative to the hospital or the hotel, based on your itinerary. In case, you need to change your appointment date or time, kindly inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
Upon arrival at the hospital on the day of your consultation, you will be welcomed by our International Patient Care team. You will be assisted in the registration process and later for the doctor consultation. As per our local law, the registration process will be carried out by our International Patient Care centre.

Translators and Interpreters can be provided to the patients who do not speak English. It is requested that the patient/family must convey the need for a translator at least 48 hours in advance, so that prior arrangements can be made for the same.

Safety and security of our patients is always be our top priority. The entire hospital is under continuous CCTV surveillance and the security staff is always on alert keeping the patients safe and secure at the premises.
